Old-fashioned, steeped (or extracted) manure tea may not as biologically diverse and beneficial for plants as the aerobically-brewed compost or worm-casting tea, but extracted tea (as opposed to the aerobically-brewed) worked for Benny's Grandfather, and other gardeners of the past.
